Delete your GeoToken account

Request deletion of your GeoToken account and associated data, with or without the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account
  2. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@geotoken.world with the email address on your GeoToken account and ask us to delete your account and associated data.

We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days, subject to the retention described below.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Completing the in-app Delete Account flow removes your profile and sign-in account.
  • Journey Content: Account deletion anonymizes journey entries so shared token history remains, while removing their personal text, photos, and media.
  • Log Data: Used for security and debugging purposes.
  • Legal Obligations: Some data may be retained longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
